    EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OPEN

    As far as if it is working only time will tell. However, to open the box, I understand you need to make it hard to open but I find myself not even checking the boxes as I cannot open them. I push down with the tool, one side "may" open after excessive trying, then I go to the other and by the time I get that open i have struggled so much that the side already open is shut again. It is awful!!!
