I bought two cans (2 x 20oz) for 1200 sf house. At least three times seems needed and three cans might be perfect.

This works like bombs or foggers do for fleas - which is why I bought it. Very fine aerosol and goes far. Seems to kill the fleas when used as per directions.

well, the jury is still out. I have sprayed once so far, and there are definitely less fleas. I have never vacuumed this much in my life. Very, very important!!!! Tonight I will spray again. We will see. One not so great thing.... really hold the bottle spout facing down, otherwise it will clog and you will have foam clumps all over the place. Take off the nozzle, clean, and do it right the next time! And by the way, we have no pets, and I have had it sprayed twice professionally, cost a fortune and you might as well use the Ultracide. I think it does a better job.

As we have just tried this a few weeks ago, it seems the way to go. The dogs are not scratching. We are hoping this will do well inside, and are using NyGuard IGR outside. The plan seems like a good one.

I took in a stray and unfortunately, the fleas hitch hiked in also. Ultracide did exactly what it claimed it would do. Problem solved. I would highly recommend this product.

Product seems to work well. You will still need to vacuum at least every other day, wash all bedding, and treat all animals. I would also suggest treating area at least twice with this product, with a week or so in between treatments.

PT Ultracide is one of the best products that I have run across for controlling and getting rid of fleas. I also like the variety of products Do My Own carry for getting rid of all types of bugs.

Product is pretty decent but will not cover 2600 sq ft as it claims on the label. More like 1700/1800 sq ft per can.

I had the start of a minor flea problem (especially when my cat changed from indoor 75% outdoor 25% to indoor 20% outdoor 80% when it got warmer) when my cat would sleep in my room. I bought this and used it as instructed (Today is the touch up spray day). I noticed that there have been no bugs and I feel much better having this in my house.

This product in combination with a flea preventative has proved effective in fighting against flea infestation. I purchased this product upon discovering my 3 dogs and 3 cats had fleas. I sprayed and the first time went rather well, and vacuumed every single day after leading up to my follow up treatment 2 weeks later. However when I tried to use the product shortly after the first time (in the room I had been keeping my cats in) I experienced a lot of foam coming out of the can and some of it stained my flooring and furniture - as it warns it can do. Then when I went to do my follow up treatment 2 weeks later on my living room I also experienced a lot of this foam coming out of the can even though I shook it very thoroughly. This I did not like because it forced me to stay in my living room for at least 5 minutes after I sprayed trying to clean up all the foam that had come out with the can to make sure my animals wouldn't come in contact with any of it and die. Maybe this had something to do with me using it wrong, it still kind of stunk and obviously worried me for my own health that I had to stay in there cleaning it up and breathing in the fumes. Aside from that it seems like the product has been doing its job! I don't know if they still have fleas, I just know that it's not developing into an infestation and I'm not seeing a bunch crawling all over my animals or jumping on me at all and I'd assume had I not done anything by now we would probably have a serious issue. I will be recommending this product to others and continuing to use it!

The company did a good job in getting me the order, but the fleas this year are difficult to get rid of. They're wearing body armor. I will get them though. I've never seen them this bad here, but I have a lot of cats. All my personal cats stay inside. There are 5 outside community cats, too, that live here. Thank you. Charlie Jervs

I live in the south where the fleas are quite a bother, and as we have 5 dogs that stay indoors, it has been a job fighting the fleas. We purchased the Ultracide from our local vet and what a blessing it has been. We only used 1/2 a can for our 1400 sq foot house and after just 24 hours our dogs are resting much more comfortably. I have not seen a flea since then and as an added bonus I found that the Ultracide also kills the huge palmetto bugs that plague us here. It is well worth the cost and I have found that I am now saving more money by using the Ultracide as I do not need to purchase the topicals such as Frontline or Advantage. Thank You.

As a tech, I do this for a living and Ultracide is the only product I will use for fleas. My company wants us to use other products, but I won't until they stop buying it. Remember to read the label. I also tell my customers to vacuum everyday for the next 2 weeks after using Ultracide, it brings the adults out of the pupa stage and gets rid of them faster!

I used to use this product as a tech. Works great if you vacuum everyday to "wake up" the eggs and larvae. If you don't vacuum before application and everyday after then don't bother trying any product.

I bought this 3 weeks ago, sprayed the entire house, we had fleas really bad...jumping and biting my 10 month old.  Pprior to using Ultracide, I had spent alot of money on those bomb things and used them over and over...the fleas would come right back. After spraying Ultracide I have not seen a flea since. I will continue to use this and recommend it highly to anyone.

The UPS truck got here so quick it must have been on the truck before I even ordered it. The spray was excellent, nearly odor-free, spread very well, and left no residue. This product completed my kill-zone, having treated my yard and given the dogs' flea baths and medicinal control. We have seen a significant reduction in fleas in very little time.

It has been about 2 weeks since I used Ultracide, and it has been extremely effective. Other than an occasional flea that was probably carried in, there has not been any further infestation.

We live in the coastal South where fleas are a year-round problem. I have spent a lot of money trying to control them as we rescue dogs. I stopped using the spot on treatment after much reading on how toxic they are to the dogs. I use Ultracide as directed and vacuum daily for a week and the fleas are gone. I also spray my patio where the dogs gather and it is working there as well. Very pleased with the product.

I purchased Ultracide as a last ditch effort in my battle to recapture my basement from a horrible flea infestation. We have fought for months using flea bombs and gallons of home defense flea killer without touching the infestation. I purchased two cans of Ultracide and used them both in the area. 24 hours after the application we can now return to our basement without the fear of being attacked by hundreds of fleas.

We were having seroius flea problems and had tried all sorts of stuff from the store, but nothing worked. Then I got on the internet and found "DoMyOwnPestControl" and decided to give them a try. Two things. One: This Ultracide with the growth inhibator is fanatastic stuff. It really works! Two: DoMyOwnPestControl by far had the best price. And, no shipping! If you have a flea problem and want to get rid of them. get the Ultracide, and get it from DoMyOwnPestControl!

Purchased Ultracide in this aerosol to use on the dog's bed area. It works great, nothing to mix or clean, just spray the pet's sleeping locations when you step out for a short walk. If they bring any fleas in, when they return to their bed Ultracide will be ready & waiting.

Best price I could find with free and fast shipping to boot. I have 4 indoor cats that picked up fleas from a visiting dog. Fleas were so bad that I was picking them off of me everywhere I went. Once the cats were treated, I misted all carpeting, baseboards, and upholstery with Ultracide. No need to apply heavily. I immediately noticed a difference. Vacuumed thoroughly the next day. Reapplied Ultracide about a month later. We've been flea-free ever since and the spray can is still at least half full! Would highly recommend this product and this company. However, it is aerosol so remove pets until the mist settles and wear a protective face mask when applying. It's still much more convenient than foggers.

The product is working well so far. Fast & easy to apply as instructed.  Takes an hour or two to dry and to resume occupation of the room by people and pets which is reasonable. The residual odor is not bad and dissapates within 3 hours, I would say. In the room we used it, there are no more signs of flea life for the last 3 days, yeah!! I need to roll the treatment out to the rest of the house now.

Ulracide kills adult fleas so that the bites stops immediately!! It also prevents new populations from developing. Please remember to vacuum before the initial spraying, and then continue to vacuum every day for at least 10 days after that in order to kill fleas that may emerge.
