Termidor SC, Premise or Dominion 2L are all considered non-repellents and would be fine to apply as a trench and treat against the foundation if bait stations are present.  Dominion 2L is a Premise generic and one bottle of Dominion 2L makes twice as much finished solution as a bottle of Premise for half the price.  Your Advance Termite Bait Stations typically want to be 2-4 feet away from the foundation, but not under the drip line of the roof.
