    Will Ranger Pro Herbicide kill grass?

    Yes, Ranger Pro Herbicide is a non-selective herbicide, so it will kill just about anything on which it is sprayed.

    What can I spray to suppress poa annua without hurting ryegrass?
    A

    Pendulum will be a great option in the fall to suppress poa annua. You do not want to apply Ranger Pro because it will kill everything sprayed including the desired turfgrass.

    I spilled Ranger Pro Herbicide in the kitchen sink. Will clorox & boiling water make it safe to use again?

    The Ranger Pro Herbicide Safety Data Sheet recommends cleaning up small spills by flushing the area with water.  Please call the manufacturer directly at 1-800-424-9300 for larger spills or for more information.

    Does Ranger Pro Herbicide hurt honey bees?

    Ranger Pro Herbicide does not list toxicity to bees but we would recommend applying early morning or late evening when the bees are less active to avoid contact.spraying.

    How long to spray Ranger Pro Herbicide before rain?
    A

    The product label for Ranger Pro Herbicide does not specify a certain amount of time but it does say that heavy rain soon after application may require a repeat application. You just want to make sure you have at least 6 hours of dry weather after you apply Ranger Pro to ensure its absorbed and not washed away, but up to 24 hours with dry weather is ideal for maximum uptake.

    Can Ranger Pro be used around goats?

    Ranger Pro Herbicide is not labeled for use around any animals or grazing livestock.  Consider using GrazonNext Herbicide for that type of application.

    Can I use Ranger Pro Herbicide for weeds in the grass?
    I thought I could use this to spray on my grass to kill the weeds. Sounds like it'll kill my grass too. Is that correct? Is it possible to carefully spray the weeds without killing the grass?

    Ranger Pro Herbicide is a non-selective herbicide that will kill just about anything it is sprayed on, including your grass.  You can try to carefully spot treat weeds, but may injure the grass and need to reseed/sod some areas.

    The amount of Ranger Pro Herbicide you will use per gallon of water will vary from 2/3 fl oz - 13 fl oz per gallon of water depending on what type of weeds you are trying to eliminate. Please refer to the Ranger Pro product label for exact usage instructions.

    When mixing Ranger Pro Herbicide 13 oz in 25 gallons of water, how many quarts do I need to make 1000 gallons?
    A

    Ranger Pro Herbicide comes in a 2.5 gallon jug. Per the product label, you will mix between 1-10 quarts per 25 gallons. You will not want to exceed 10.6 qts per acre per year. It states that you can mix 1-20 gallons per 200 gallons of water. Please refer to page 3 of the product label for specific mixing and application instructions.

    How long after my yard has been sprayed w/ Ranger Pro is it safe to let my child go in the area without shoes?

    Areas that have been treated with Ranger Pro Herbicide are typically dry within a few hours.  We would recommend waiting at least 4 hours before allowing children or pets to return to the area.

    Yes, Ranger Pro Herbicide is labeled for eradicating smartweed. You will apply 2 2/3 fl oz per gallon of water. This will also kill the red clover.
