I manage a commercial landscape company that specializes in high-end residential properties. Recognition has been a staple in our herbicide rotation and selection for weed control. Combine this herbicide with Fusilade II for excellent Bermuda grass control in St. Augustine Grass and Zoysia Grass. It works very well on Crabgrass, Dallisgrass, and others as well. It can be combined with other herbicides as well to have very effective control.

For those like me that hate bermuda grass invading their St. Augustine (or Zoysia) lawn this is the answer. Recognition mixed at the rate of .85 grams per gallon with Fusilade II at the rate of.55 fl oz per gallon, your bermuda grass will die within weeks. I actually saw great results in one week with no harm to my St. Augustine. I'm pretty sure this will be an annual treatment but worth it in my opinion. Be sure to use a surfactant.

After 10+ years of trying all the usual methods (including the turflon/fusillade approach) to getting my neighbor's lousy common bermuda from invading my Zoysia lawn, Recognition + Fusillade II is the first combo that absolutely knocked it out on the first try. It was slow acting, but by the 20 day mark, all the bermuda throughout the lawn (and there was even more than I thought) was yellow, white, and my Zoysia was already moving in an taking back over. This stuff is the real deal.

Before this product we were stuck with Bermuda in our St. Augustine. Now we total control of it. Never thought I would love brown spots in my lawn before.

Amazed at how Recognition works. I have used Fusalage II to kill the bermuda but it also killed everything else. Recognition saves the Zyoisia

My neighbor and I were both looking at our beautiful St. Augustine lawns earlier this season. We both HAD Bermuda grass thriving in with the St Augustine. We both have pro services maintaining our lawns. We asked them about the Bermuda grass mingled in with the St. Augustine. Was there any way to eliminate the Bermuda without destroying the healthy St. Augustine? Nope. They said "whatever kills the Bermuda, also kills the St. Augustine." So for years we just lived with it. Until one day I asked AI this question "How to remove Bermuda grass from St Augustine?" The results led me to this web site.
