I’m not pleased with the application because it won’t discharge from container due to clumped product inside.

You should be shaking this product vigorously before and in between applying to prevent clumping. In addition, the manufacturer's product label states the following which may help: (https://www.domyown.com/msds/revenge_invisible_roach_bait_label.pdf) As the puffer applicator starts to empty, be sure that you gradually begin tilting it upwards during applications as the applicator may not fully empty if it remains in the horizontal position.
