  • Asked by Rob from Lawrenceville
    07/20/2022
    Q
Will Roundup QuikPRO kill ground juniper shrubs?
    A

Roundup QuikPRO is a non selective herbicide that uses the active ingredient glyphosate. Glyphosate will typically kill anything it is sprayed on including ornamentals, turgrass, flowers, weeds, brush, etc.

If treating around desirable ornamentals, you need to take precaution measures to avoid any overspray or windrift onto deseriable plants. For weed control around ornamentals using Roundup QuikPRO, carefully spot treat weeds directly avoiding any contact with exposed roots, stems or foliage of plants.

  • Asked by Ken from Jefferson City, Mo
    12/27/2021
    Q
Can I use Roundup QuikPRO on roundup ready sweet and field corn?
    A

Roundup QuikPRO is the strongest form of roundup and it contains Diquat. The rule to roundup ready corn is that glyphosate-only agricultural herbicides can be applied broadcast up to the V8 growth stage or 30-inch tall corn, whichever comes first. Since Roundup QuikPRO has the extra active ingredient in it, it cannot be used on the roundup ready corn.
