The Santa Fe CrawlGuard Reinforced 12 Mil Liner (13'4" x 75' per roll) will help control moisture in your basements and crawlspaces to minimize the pest and fungi that dwells in damp places. This vapor barrier is 12 mil thick and made with five layers of reinforced virgin polyethylene that's specially designed to last in harsh crawlspace environments. A virgin poly means it's not made with recycled materials so you can be guaranteed that it will not break down easily. The CrawlGuard liner will prevent moisture from seeping into the space by blocking it to make sure your home stays protected.

Per the manufacturer, they do not have the information for the perm ratio for the Santa Fe Crawlguard Liner. It is tested to ASTM D751, and it has a hydrostatic resistance of 98 PSI.
