Sentry HC Worm X Plus 7 Way De-Wormer for Medium and Large Dogs is a broad spectrum de-wormer that controls and eliminates a variety of worms. It controls seven strains of worms: two roundworms, two tapeworms and three hookworms. WormX Plus contains two deworming ingredients that are found in popular veterinary brands called praziquantel and pyrantel pamoate. These chewable tablets are both easy and convenient to give to your dogs.
Made for medium and large dogs larger than 25 lbs.

For the removal of large roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in adult dogs or young dogs, weighing more than 25 lbs, administer these tablets according to the weight of the animal.
7 Way De-Wormer Flavored Chewables Dosing Table
Dog Weight: 6.0 to 25 pounds. Use the 30 mg Size
Dog Weight: 25.0 to 50 pounds. Number of Chewables: 1
Dog Weight: 50.1 to 100 pounds. Number of Chewables: 2
Dog Weight: 100.1 to 150 pounds. Number of Chewables: 3
Dog Weight: 150.1 to 200 pounds. Number of Chewables: 4
Note: For puppies or small dogs weighing less than 25 lbs, use 7 Way De-Wormer Chewable Flavored Dog De-Wormer Tablets for Puppies and Small Dogs. 7 Way De-Wormer Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age or older.
Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog's food container, with or without food. Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.
RECOMMENDED DE-WORMING SCHEDULE:
