For corn you should not harvest for 3 days after an application per the product label. Then, you can harvest the corn and wash it off safely. Consuming before the PHI directed on the product label would not be recommended to be safe.
You will use 1.5 fl. oz. of Sevin Concentrate per gallon of water. This can applied up to two days before harvest. Sevin Concentrate should also only be used a maximum of eight times per year, per the product label. There is not a wait time in between spraying the product. Sevin Concenrate has a shelf life of 3-5 years so therefore the bottle you have would not be effective. We would not recommend using Sevin Concentrate for the treatment of spiders as there are better products for spiders. Suspend SC is a great general purpose insecticide for outside perimeter treatments.

Sevin Concentrate is white or beige in color and when mixed according to label instructions should form a clear solution that will also be clear when it dries, so there is really no way that it could have caused an orange stain. Were there any other products that may have been applied in the area around the same time that the Sevin was applied? There are many herbicide (weed killer) products that do have an orange color and can cause staining on concrete if not applied carefully. Sevin Concentrate is not labeled to control grubs. A better option would be something like Merit Granules or Dominion 2L (if you prefer a liquid) to spray your yard at the end of April/beginning of May to start protecting your yard against grub populations this year.
