should i use Garden Feeder when the soil is dry or can i apply after a rain?

We would recommend applying Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder when no rain is in the forecast for at least 24 hours for best results. If it has rained before the application, we would suggest waiting 24 hours after the rain has stopped to apply.
