Soil is very alkaline 8+ in Florida zone 9. Can Hi - Yield Iron Sulfate be used with organic soil Acidifier?

Is it water soluble. Or slow release

Answer:

Hi - Yield Iron Sulfate is water soluble and can aid in lowering the alkaline of the soil.  It would not be recomended to use with another acidifier as it also helps acidify the soil to maintain a lower pH.  It is not a slow release.
