Just received my 50 lb. order. The types of seed are: 1. 30 % Nightcrawler tall fescue; 2. 30% Crossfire 4 tall fescue; 3. 20% Garnet creeping red fescue; 4. 10% Longfellow 3 Chewings fescue; 5. 10% Spartan II hard fescue. Based upon my self research into these varieties, I am very pleased with the mix and can't wait to oversees and report on the results. Thanks for your service.

Too early for a review because it is to difficult to plant grass seed in March, in Wisconsin, much less have it grow. I'll let you know sometime in late June or July.

We now literally live in a forest in southwest Michigan. We cleared out an area around the house we had just purchased for a yard. We planted Extreme Shade Mix and fertilized. We had enough rain last fall and we never watered it. It came up and grew despite lots of shade and tress roots and moss. We will be using it this year to overseed the yard this fall.
