    Q
I have a willow (pin oak) diagnosed with Tubakia will Subdue Maxx Fungicide kill this fungus?
How often is recommended to reapplication?
    A
Subdue Maxx Fungicide is not labeled to treat Tubakia (Actinopelte) Leaf Spot, nor other leaf spot diseases on ornamental trees such as pin oaks. Since this disease appears late in the season, it is not usually recommended to use fungicides for this disease. It is very important to collect leaf litter before the winter and to take proper care of the trees in general to help them resist disease damage. This article from Iowa and this article from Texas have great information about this disease and how best to prevent it.

    Q
Should Subdue Maxx Fungicide be sprayed on foliage or watered in ground when treating trees and shrubs?
What is the best way to treat magnolias, Japanese maples and rhododendron?
    A

How you apply Subdue Maxx Fungicide will depend on the disease you are targeting. You would have to apply as a foliar spray for foliar disease such as downy mildew. For listed root rot, you would apply as a drench.

Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.
