    Q
Approximately how long does it take Suspend Polyzone kill a wasp?
    A

The kill time for Suspend Polyzone varies. It is a residual product so it will not kill if sprayed directly. Suspend will kill wasps and other insects over a period of several hours after they contact treated areas. It will leave a residual that will last up to 90 days, both indoors and outdoors.

  • Asked by Rebekah from Brick, Nj
    08/21/2018
    Q
Which is better, Temprid FX or Suspend Polyzone?
I like the longer residual time for a general insecticide. Is this an immediate knockdown?
    A

Both are great products, but Suspend Polyzone will give you a longer lasting residual than Temprid FX. The molecular design of the capsule that protects the active ingredient last longer and stays on top of the surface better with Suspend Polyzone.  Neither product will kill on contact.

  • Asked by Michael from Bradenton Fl
    08/17/2018
    Q
What product(s) do you recommend for insect control in Florida?
I just moved to Bradenton FL. I signed a 1 yr contract for pest control but I think that I can do this myself. I am near water. We have black widow spiders in the garage, fire ants and no see-ums in the St Augustine grass and innumerable other insect pests. What product(s) do you recommend? I;'m interested in commercial/professional type products
    A

Suspend Polyzone  is a great professional-grade pesticide that will treat all of the pests you mentioned (as well as many others) and will hold up well in your Florida weather conditions.Suspend Polyzone features a proprietary polymer layer that protects the active ingredient from weather, irrigation and mechanical abrasion. It can last up to 90 days outdoors. This product can also be used indoors as well around the baseboards and cracks and crevices.

  • Asked by Jason from Texas
    08/15/2018
    Q
What is the heat tolerance for Suspend Polyzone?
Here in Texas it can get hot and breaks down quicker.
    A

Suspend Polyzone is formulated to last longer than other pesticides in heat, sunlight, and other extreme weather. There is not a specific temperature requirement or limit for applying it outdoors, as long as temperatures are over freezing. We recommend spraying in the morning or evening when temperatures are cooler for your own comfort and since pollinators are less active during those times. You can retreat at 30, 60, or 90 days intervals depending on pest pressure and rainfall.

  • Asked by Raymond from W.va.
    08/03/2018
    Q
Is the Suspend Polyzone the best product for bed bugs?
    A

Suspend Polyzone does treat bed bugs. Now, however, research shows that some strains of bed bugs are resisitant to it. We recommend using Temprid FX, because it will treat pyrethroid resistantbed bugs and using double killing power of two different active ingredients. You may also want to try one of our Bed Bug Kits which have a variety of products which are proven to treat bed bugs effectively.

  • Asked by Bruce from Reynoldsville, Pa
    06/22/2018
    Q
What mixture would you recommend using Suspend Polyzone spraying outside for spiders and fleas?
I'm in an apt. which I would spray the grassy areas front and back... as well spray the short concrete walkways and porch areas in front and back.
    A

Suspend Polyzone has a wide range of dilution rates, from 0.25 – 1.5 oz per gal of water. The middle rate of 0.75 oz per gal of water should work well for prevention and maintenance. You can use the higher rate of 1.5 oz if you are already seeing a lot of insects and/or spiders and need the cleanout. While you can treat along the edges of concrete areas, you should never treat as a broadcast all over impervious surfaces such as concrete.
