The biggest difference between Demand CS and Suspend Polyzone is the residual they have outdoors. Suspend Polyzone was designed with special time release polymer coating to hold up in heat, cold, and irrigation for up to 90 days. Demand CS will last approx 30 days.
Once the Suspend Polyzone is dry, the residual is approximately 90 days outdoors. Rain and/or irrigation does not affect the product once it has dried, and does not become hazardous after rain.

Suspend Polyzone is safe in homes that have children and pets if used as directed on the product label. They should not be in the treated area during application and when the surfaces are wet. They can re-enter when completely dried. The scent has a sweet characteristic, mild odor that eventually dissipates. We recommend that you do not spray with any liquids if your lungs hurt and you have asthma attacks and COPD. We recommend that you apply a professional roach bait gel such as the Maxforce bait stations and consult with your doctor for treatments that are safe for you. We do offer non-poisonous glue boards also.
Suspend Polyzone is applied as a light spray just until areas are wet.
Suspend Polyzone is not specifically labeled for clover mites. We would suggest applying Bifen IT. Bifen IT is labeled to treat for clover mites when used accordingly. Clover mites are barely smaller than a pinhead. You may notice clover mites as dark red moving specks which occur in large numbers. They are generally found crawling aroudn doors, windows, sidings, curtains, or furniture. Be sure to treat the ground at least 5-10 feet from the structure where you are seeing the clover mites.
Yes, you could potentially use Suspend Polyzone as part of treatment for any type of wasp since this is a non-selective insecticide. If you would like to tell us more about where you are treating, then we can make more detailed product recommendations for you.
We recommend to use any mixed Suspend Polyzone solution within 24 hours of mixing.

Indoors, you will apply as a crack and crevice or spot spray to areas where pests hide, such as baseboards, corners, storage areas, closets, around water pipes, doors and windows, behind and under refrigerators, cabinets, sinks, furnaces, stoves, the underside of shelves, drawers and similar areas. Pay particular attention to cracks and crevices. We recommend treating the outside perimeter to help stop insect pests from coming indoors to start with. Apply Suspend Polyzone to a band of soil and vegetation 6 to 10 feet wide around and adjacent to the structure. Also, treat the foundation of the structure to a height of 2 to 3 feet.
