Permethrin SFR 36.8% and Talstar P should not be mixed together. That would be over-application. You can mix Talstar with Exponent for a super kick against insects. Permethrin SFR is not labeled to be used in a fogger.
Talstar is not designed to be used in a fogger of any sort, only sprayers or large mist blowers like a Solo 451. Using Talstar or any other insecticide not designed for a fogger could clog your equipment or lower the efficacy of the product as the ingredients are not designed for this type of application. The Talstar P is a great professional product to use around any indoor/outdoor setting including Perimeters, Athletic Fields, Greenhouses, Kennels, Parks, Restaurants, Lawns, Turf-grass, Landscapes Ornamental Trees & Shrubs. However, it can NOT be sprayed near or directly on the pear tree. Talstar P should NOT be sprayed on the fruit, the tree, the soil around the tree, or the root zone. The manufacturer does recommend that you discard any fruit from the tree for this growing season if the tree was sprayed with Talstar P.

Yes, Talstar P is labeled for and will help eliminate bees. To use Talstar P for carpenter bee control you should mix 1 oz of Talstar per 1 gallon of water and spray the areas where you have noticed activity such as the eaves, fascia boards, moldings, overhangs, or siding. You should reapply the Talstar P once a month through the warm season for the est results. Please note that Talstar P will not offer an instant knockdown of insects, it will take several minutes to a few hours for them to die after they come into contact with treated areas. We also recommend dusting the carpenter bee holes with dust such as Tempo Dust to help kill any larva inside. We do recommend that you cover furniture, or move furniture to the center of the room to avoid drift of the Talstar while spraying. If you intend to use the spray indoors, please make sure you have good ventilation or open windows to allow the product to dry quickly. Any person(s), children, or pets, must be away from the treated areas until the product dries.
No, we would not recommend mixing all of those products together into one application. You can mix Talstar with the Archer for your mosquito treatment, focusing on your shrubs and trees, (not so much on your lawn), making sure to spray the underside of the leaves, as this is where the mosquitoes land. You should be retreating every 30 days for mosquitoes. Your imidacloprid would be for your grub treatment, which should be done a bit later in May and then again in September, as grubs have 2 generations per year. The Eagle 20 EW is your fungicide treatment which would be best not to be mixed with your insecticides.
Talstar P Professional Insecticide is no longer stable after it has frozen and then thawed back out. We would not recommend using it.
Talstar P is safe if applied and dried prior to the dogs entering the treated surfaces for the initial application. Typically after 4-6 hours for outside applications and an hour if used inside.

You can use Talstar P to treat the area where you will be stacking up your firewood, wait for it to dry and then stack the wood. There are also instructions on the label, on page 4, to use 1 oz per gallon of water and use a gallon per 8 square feet to spray and drench the soil where the firewood will be stacked to protect the firewood from carpenter ants and termites as well. As for the diatomaceous earth that is fine as long as the product label states it can be used in that manner. For the bait, as long as you keep the bait contained in a station, you can use just about any type. Advion Cockroach Bait Arena is a great option. You just don't want it to come in contact with the vegetables.
