Yellow jackets made a nest outside of my home under the siding and made their way indoors.. A different pest control company suggested we remove the siding to find where the nest was but I really didn't want to go that route unless necessary due to cost and fear of angering the bees! After doing some research, the one product I kept hearing about was Tempo Dust 1% so I decided to give it a try.. Wow was I impressed! I used the dust bulb (at night) and applied where bees were entering/ exiting under the siding and by the next morning ALL of the bees were gone! There were other dead bugs on the ground too.. This product is great and only had to use a small amount. Will definitely use again and DoMyOwnPestControl.com is local so that was a plus as well and great customer service!

Killed a huge nest of wasps -yellow jackets with this. 200 dollar quote for a visit from an exterminator, and 10 dollars on canned spray and the spray did not work at all. Loved this stuff.

If your looking to KILL any type of Bees DEAD then this is the STUFF to use. It has NEVER failed to kill any bees we have had to use it on and we have had many types of bees here in GA on our property above and below ground. We also got the LONG extention poofer so that we can reach way UP to the TOP of our fireplace where the bees love to get inside it and nest. Just a few POOFS and the next day they are ALL DEAD!!! We won't use anything else...

This product (tempo 1% dust) was fast acting when solving my bee problem. Haven't seen anymore signs of them. I would recommend this product to everyone.

I have a log home and the wood boring bees make holes in the logs to hatch their young. Tempo 1% Dust stops them dead. I also purchased the applicator which made the job easier. Great product. Shipment was fast.

I used talstar one, and spray junk from home depot, nothing worked. I have wasps that build into my eves every year. It drives me crazy because I am terrified of them! In one application 1 wasp nest is completely without activity. The other harder nest that laughed at talstar one is every day getting smaller and smaller. I am very happy. Will continue using this product. I feel like I can enjoy my yard again!

I recently purchased my first home a few months ago. In early spring I started noticing bees flying around my front door. Over the months the bees started rapidly multiplying. They had built a nest somewhere behind my siding on my house. Every day at any given time I would see at least 15 to 20 bees swarming around my door and flying in and out of a little seam in the siding near my door bell. It got so bad that you couldn't go in or out of the door without getting stung. I unloaded several different cans of bee and wasp spray in that area, but it just made them mad. It killed all the bees that came in contact with the spray, but I couldn't physically see the nest so it wasn't attacking the source of the problem. After getting stung several times I called a professional. He wanted $150 to come out and take care of the problem. I explained that I just purchased this home and didn't have the extra money. He said well you have 3 choices. 1, you pay me to take care of the problem. 2, you rip the siding off your house to find the nest. 3, you cough up $40 buy some tempo dust and a duster and eliminate the problem for good. I thanked him and googled tempo dust. I purchased the product on a Sunday evening and it showed up Wednesday. I applied the dust (about 8 puffs out of the duster) into the seam of the siding at about 9pm. Not a single bee flew out of the crack after I applied the dust. Be sure to apply this product in the evening when all the bees are sleeping in the hive. It's been 2 days since I've applied the tempo dust and I have not seen a single bee. I couldn't be happier with this product. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a bee problem where you can't actually get to the nest. This product really works!!

In the past we had a hot tub with a wasp infestation and at the time we had a contract with a professional pest control company. I saw them use Tempo 1% dust with impressive results. So when we had small wasps next to the trim of our house I used this product with the same results.

We used this product along with the Bellow hand duster, to get rid of a Yellow Jacket Nest under a concrete patio. Amazing 1 treatment they were gone. Watched the video on the website to use the hand duster. Product arrived in 2 days after ordering. Highly recommend to anyone needing to get rid of critters in hard to reach places. We could not use a aerosol can because it wouldn't spray upside down into the crevice. Very Satisfied

I am skeptical of online products and their reviews, however I am also thrifty and will go the DIY route before calling a pro for almost all home maintenance jobs ... providing my husband is willing to do the work! We had separate sites of yellow jackets and hornets going into our soffits. Hubby was out of town for a week, so if I wanted to walk outside on our deck without getting stung, I decided to try the Tempo dust and the bulb puffer. Success ... after 2-3 puffs and retreating doing an Irish jig. The next day there was only 1 yellow jacket flying around that didn't read the obituary. I saved the fun of the 2nd story hornet nest for the hubby. We have not crawled up into our attics to find and remove the nests, but we are confident they are inactive.

Bees in the siding, bees in roof above the porch. The family was afraid to go out, I had been stung twice in a month. 3 puffs of this stuff with a hand bellow and I did not see a single bee.

This is really fine "dust". It goes everywhere, and you have to be very careful not to get downstream of it. I strongly suggest wearing a mask when using it. That said, it goes where it needs to when using a puffer, getting deep into places where liquids or foams can't go. It is therefore very effective in killing bees or wasps that have burrowed well into a crevice or other spot in your house.

I was convinced we would need to hire an exterminator to deal with our aggressive wasps that had built a large nest in our siding. We were able to "puff" this dust up in to the bottom of the siding and the wasps were all gone the next day. We have the majority of the bottle left in case we have any future problems. I would recommend to anyone.

Very effective at eliminating yellow jackets. I had yellow jackets nesting in the wall of my log cabin next to the main door. Numerous cans of aerosol spray would not remove them, but one application of Tempo 1% from a duster and the yellow jacket problem is gone. The grandchildren and grown-ups can enjoy the cabin again without fear of being stung.

Tried several sprays including expanding, water-resistant foam without success. Used Delta Dust in combination with Tempo applied with B&G Bulb Duster 1150 (all acquired from Do My Own Pest Control). Bingo! Within 48 hours there was no trace of them. That was over a week a ago and no sign of stragglers. Make sure you wear eye and breathing protection and gloves, and be careful when applying -- the dust is very fine and does emit a small "cloud". Wash everything thoroughly when done. Also,bulb duster works best when squeeze bulb is elevated above the applicator nozzle. Great products!

Worked rapidly and completely effective in one application to an in ground nest of yellow jacket bees. The bee activity from this in ground nest ceased within 48 hours with no new activity since application 1 month ago. I would highly recommend the use of Tempo Dust

Product arrived quickly. I had a yellow jacket nest in an old gopher hole, and my backyard cookouts were a nightmare. One big nighttime puff of Tempo Dust (2 nights in a row) and the nest was quiet in 3 days. It worked so well that I used it to lightly dust our high end tree house for ants. The next day, they were all on the floor waiting to be swept up. A++. I used the 1150 bulb duster to apply this stuff, which comes with different tips and a cap for when it is not in use.

I have used numerous times to kill hornet and wasp nests behind or inside things that I couldn't spray directly. Works FABULOUS. I had One nest that I couldn't get to, so had a professional come, and he pulled out this EXACT same bottle! He was shocked I had some. There is nothing at the hardware store that is in the same category, don't waste money trying other products. Get a bellow duster, use this, and don't bother with anything else. This is the best stuff ever!!

I got rid of 5 red wasps nests under my roof line (in attic space) with one application at night time. I had to go back and spray dust again in 1 location. This stuff is real! I used less than 1/3 bottle and it will last in the space under the eave up to one year undisturbed. I applied it with the Long Shot Puffer Duster. Both worked very well. Just wait till night to use or get stung.

The Tempo 1% dust performed higher than my expectations. It killed the bees on contact and killed the rest over a 24 hour period. I had tried liquid aerosol bee spray without success. it wouldn't get in the cracks like the dust. It saved me time and money by not having to higher a exterminator. The directions were simple to understand. I would buy this product again!

I used Tempo 1% Dust along with the Bellow Hand Duster. I applied it on three consecutive days. The combination worked very well to eliminate yellow jackets under the vinyl siding of my house.

This stuff is AWESOME, I had a large wasp nest (basket ball size) that was partially hidden inside my garden hose reel. I used foam sprays to try to destroy it, but they couldn't get to the main part of the nest inside the spool. I used this powder ONCE and in the morning the entire nest was dead. The wasps carried the powder inside the nest on their body and wings and the whole hive was destroyed. AMAZING!

Great poduct. After a month of spraying with Black Flag and other sprays, and using Seven, one application took care of the problem in 2 nests,and the third took only a second application. Very pleased with the product.
