Mixed per instructions with surfactant and turf mark dye. Applied on mostly-weed yard freshly mowed to 3.5". Huge impact to crabgrass, clover, foxtail, and yellow nutsedge. Waiting now for it to get to roots and then I will scalp, re-spray and seed.

Apply this product according to the label and it will work great. The trick is proper mixing of chemical and surfactant and careful application to insure the proper rate is actually applied,

Tenacity is a great product. However you must give it time to work 2-3 weeks but the results are well worth it. I have had slow but good results even getting ride of common Bermudagrass. Just applied the second round, hopefully this wipes it out.

Killed everything it was supposed to with 2 applications, however it is a bit slow on the clover. Glad I bought it and will be using in the spring as a pre-emergent. I have newer construction where I spread the top soil on all 3 houses and lost a lot of the good seed to the summer Wisconsin rains last year. Now that I have time to make my yard look much better this late summer Tenacity seems to be the key for next spring and going forward!

I had a variety of weeds this summer. Tenacity is doing the job for all of them. Sprayed almost two weeks ago just two days before it rained. Most of the weeds are dying (turning white). I will have to do a second spraying for some. The second spraying is an issue of my spraying than the product. DO buy the coloring agent so you can see where you sprayed (Turf Mark Blue). I also purchased the Hi Yield Spreader Stick. Follow the instructions to the letter and you will be successful.

This site provided the best price for this aggressive weed killer. It works as advertised. Within 2-3 weeks, paper white weeds and some dying of some other stubborn broad-leaf weeds. Another application in the next day or two will set me up for a some easy over-seeding in the Fall.

Really simple to use. Applied first app to about 10000 sq ft of my lawn and I can really see the weeds turning white now. 2nd app coming soon. I would definitely recommend buying the Marker Blue however. I did not thinking "How hard can it be" you will get turned around and spray too much somewhere or loose track. I can see spots where I sprayed too much and the lawn too effect to that. I will say however the syringe is a little difficult to use as far as when trying to suck up the solution it's kinda of hard to draw up the solution.

As a post emergent, it kills crabgrass. Will have to wait and see how it does as a pre-emergent

Killed all the weeds as advertised. And you get this amazing feeling of accomplishment as the crab grass, clover and weird long grasses turn white and die. So satisfying! BTW - spend the extra $10 on the better dye. The stuff I bought was not good.

The greens keeper at our country club recommended Tenacity. They use it all over the golf course. The only downside is my lawn had more weeds than I thought! I have a lot of dead patches now - 2 weeks after application! Buts it's still so weirdly satisfying to see the weeds wither and die, even if it means the lawn looks bad for a few weeks.

Zone 9 in California with a Fescue lawn. Noticed several areas with Crabgrass starting to grow. The big box hose end spray products did not work, so I purchased this herbicide and the suggested surfactant. Applied with a one gallon pump sprayer to the visible weeds and within a few days they looked very stressed. After a week they were turning white. The Fescue does not seem to be damaged so all is good. Tenacity comes with a syringe with markings to make the proper dose a no brainer. I just filled the syringe to the marking for one gallon of water and used that amount. This makes it easy for those of us that don't regularly convert ounces of product per acre to be applied to a regular guys lawn.

works as stated, took 5 days dry weather to show the whitening of stated foliage it effects , one inch rain after 5 days acelerated kill in 24 h , very satisfied completely , location southern indiana

This stuff is pretty amazing. 1 teaspoon to 2 gallons of water and over a couple weeks everything that isn't grass turns paper white and dies.

I have a centipede yard, which I had to resod this year due to spraying with some Home Depot herbicide... Expensive and back breaking experience. I have a bit of crabgrass and nutsedge coming up. The Tenacity turned it white and it is dying. I think I might have to apply once more to totally kill it. It works well and the centipede looks great! Didn't effect it at all. There is one weed the Tenacity didn't kill so I will have to treat with something else.

I had my doubts the first week, thought I applied it too lightly. But after week 1 I could start to see the results. After the second week it was obvious it was working. Now after week three I can see where I missed and will hit those weeds.

Used Tenacity after seeing it on YouTube. It really worked for my crabgrass. Within a week the crabgrass turned white. We had to do a second application this week (2 weeks later) because some of the more mature crabgrass still remained. Other reviews mentioned this could happen, but no worries, a little goes a long way! We will continue to use it as a pre-emergent as well to get the best results.

Tenacity did the job in removing nutsedge from my lawn. Sprayed it on an within 2days the nutsedge started to turn white. The healthy lawn is now taking over. Recommend using a surfactant to help this product adhere to the weeds your spraying. Great product!!!!

My Tennessee "fescue" lawn was about 50% crabgrass. I applied Tenacity with a surfactant in early August according to label directions. By day 4 the crabgrass had turned white while the fescue seemed unaffected, I made a 2nd application of Tenacity on day 12, and by day 19 most (I estimate 90% or more) of the crabgrass was dead or nearly so and the fescue still appeared unharmed. As a post emergent crabgrass killer, Tenacity seems to work well. I hope it's as good when used as a pre emergent.

I had crab grass in the side yard. This stuff killed it. In two weeks it was dead. Now time to plant grass!

Used this to kill weeds before redoing my yard. The weeds turn white and die, but the grass was not affected (Fescue, Kentucky Bluegrass, and Ryegrass). Completely redid one are of my yard, which I applied Tenacity, as a pre-emergent to the soil before I seeded the area. When weeds try to grow they turn white and die. Awesome product!

Read multiple DoYourOwn reviews and watched multiple DoYourOwn videos. I landed on getting Tenacity to do a post emergent spot treatment. It got rid of my crabgrass, some other broadleaf weeds, and my yellow nutsedge! Combined it with hiyield non ionic surfactant and boom, worked perfectly.

I spent so much money on big box store items and they didnt work. I wish i would of got this sooner. I redid my lawn and the top soil had crab grass and they sprouted up all over and took over my lawn. Now summer is over i sprayed it and they are all dead. The crabgrass killer I purchased from other stores didnt do anything to the plants.

This product definitely does what it states. I live in Southern Indiana and have a Tall Fescue lawn. My major weed issues are nut sedge and goose grass. This is the first herbicide I have used that actually works on the sedge. I have had zero luck with sedgehammer and sedge ender. I applied a blanket app to my yard and within days the above weeds turned white and proceeded to die. It may seem expensive at first but it makes 43 gallons of spray for less than $70. Sedgehammer would only make about 4 gallons for the same price. I also added blue dye to the tank and that is definitely educational to say the least.

Works as described; kills weeds, you can plant grass seed at the same time and is also a pre emergent as well all in one small bottle. Also no nasty odors.
