"Long story short... FedEx lost my original shipment and rejected both mine and DoMyOwn claims referencing the shipment error. DoMyOwn offered to ship replacement order for free even though they did not have to. This was my first purchase ever on this website and I will for sure make many more in the years to come. I never write reviews but was blown away at the level of customer service provided to me by DoMyOwn. Very thankful to Araceli Espinoza-Gonzales specifically for the way the situation was handled.
