"Long story short... FedEx lost my original shipment and rejected both mine and DoMyOwn claims referencing the shipment error. DoMyOwn offered to ship replacement order for free even though they did not have to. This was my first purchase ever on this website and I will for sure make many more in the years to come. I never write reviews but was blown away at the level of customer service provided to me by DoMyOwn. Very thankful to Araceli Espinoza-Gonzales specifically for the way the situation was handled. You have gained a customer for life!!"

"In my recent order, I had two items that were damaged either on delivery or shipping, both plastic bottles that had holes in the containers and were leaking. I contacted customer service and forwarded them pictures of the damaged items, and they immediately shipped both things, and I had them within two days. I cannot express how satisfied I was with the customer service and the immediate response. Customer service goes a long way today, and I will continue to do business with DoMyOwn.com because of this."
