"Customer service is excellent!!! They quickly replaced an EZ Snap Rodent/Rat Bait Station after 1 of 6 I received was broken. The stations arrived quickly and are easy to use. I love that you can't see the caught rodent inside and that it's easy to tell when one has been tripped. The EZ snap trap is also easy to set. It can be a little tricky opening the traps but I suspect with practice it will only get easier. So far I have caught 6 rodents (5 mice, 1 chipper and 1 false alarm) in 6 days. I just bait them with a huge pecan wedged in the center of the trigger platform and a small pecan piece at each entrance. I visually check them every morning and who knew I'd get excited when 1 has been tripped- I can't wait to see what I caught!!! We bought these to replace a weekly service we had in place for 5 years after having our new home rodent proofed. Since the proofing doesn't guarantee against mice (or chippers living under our cement roof tiles-one recently even had her babies up there and then moved them when they got bigger) we decided to continue the trapping service. After 5 years we finally felt comfortable to take over this service, plus we were also getting tired of having someone come around every week-best decision ever. So glad we found DoMyOwn. "For 20 years I fought clover and fungus. Got to the point where I realized I needed better solutions. Last year I made the MISTAKE of paying another company. They RUINED my lawn. It took me 2 mos to get them to refund my remaining balance. I found “Do my own” and liked the multi approach to fighting fungus. They are so helpful with any questions you have.
