APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Firmly seat tag on pin.
  2. Rotate tag and pin to locked position.
  3. Position tag between the 2nd and 3rd radial cartilage and squeeze handles to install.
  4. Upon installation, pull applicator away from ear.
