Had my soil analyzed and had a slightly high PH. My local extension recommended a higher phosphorus for the first treatment. This did the trick and my turf spread like crazy, very healthy looking. I recommend this fertilizer if you're looking to green up the turf and improve the root system.

I have empire zoysia and for the last 7 years my goal was to have my lawn look like a well manicured fairway. I used Milorganite to mimic golf course applications but every summer my grass got beat up by the heat and it would thin out. I used this when my yard tested low in phosphorus and as a starter for a number of bare spots. I also overseeded kbg with it in late summer. I could hardly believe how quickly the blue grass came up and how it greened up my overseeded grass. I

Ordered this product as all local stores in my area were out of a good starter fertilizer for a fescue lawn. I put this product down in early November in North Carolina. My lawn looks tremendous with a plush dark-green look.

This is 2nd year using this product, along with many more. This turned my St Augustine from a little yellow tip to nice and green in less than 10 days. You have to water it in right away.

Pros: Applied The listed product to my Lawn Seems to be working as expected its only been on for about 2 weeks but lawn is green and most weeds are gone. cons: The only con is when i had too reorder another Bag the product was unavailable and I have to wait for it, Although I think its worth waiting for.

This is by far the best fertilizer I've ever bought. Not a lot of "filler" material - you get the nutrients with very little fluff. There are 2 very nice features: 1) It's concentrated, and 2) it's slow release. Don't waste your money on "name brand" fertilizers at the big box stores - this stuff is the real deal.

I renovated my lawn this year. I core aerated overseed and put down the Anderson's fertilizer 18-24-12. My grass is grown nice and very green. I will buy this product again.

Works well on my Bermuda grass. I used it last year year and have this years order ready to use in a couple of weeks. Do my own provides the products I order in a timely manner to keep me prepared for my yard maintenance plan.
