We recommend using either glue boards or snap traps( indoors to get rid of rodents. It is important to use the appropriate size trap as a mouse trap is not strong enough to trap a rat and a rat trap is not sensitive enough to trap a mouse. If you think there are rats in your attic you can use rat traps or glue boards like the Trapper Rat Glue Board. It is not recommended to use poison bait indoors since a rat can go to an inaccessible area and die causing a terrible odor and possibly an insect infestation. You need to place traps on their travel path and use a bait like nuts, canned tuna, or peanut butter. It could be a couple of days or sometimes weeks before you eliminate them so please be patient. In order for a glue board to work it has to be the right size for the rodent you're dealing with. The Trapper Rat Glue Board Traps are 10"x4.75", if they're bigger than the squirrels you're dealing with they could work.
