Tree stumps using Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide

I have 8 tree stumps that go to some sort of vine I want to kill and then replace with new trees in a month or so. Is it ok to use this?

Per the manufacturer of Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide, it is recommended that you wait at least two years before replanting anything in the area.
