    Q
Can Turface Athletics Quick Dry be used under a deck near the foundation of a house?
The ground near the foundation of my home (under a deck) stays wet for a long period of time.
    A

Turface Athletics Quick Dry is designed for use on already conditioned dirt on athletic fields, so we would not recommend it for your needs. Some folks use Turface Athletics MVP to condition lawn soil in similar situations. Be sure that you are addressing any grading issues and checking overall rainwater drainage around the area, as well.
