DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION:
Do not apply near water, storm drains, or drainage ditches. Do not apply if heavy rains are expected. Apply this product only to your lawn/garden.
Warm and Cool Season Turf Grass: Apply 2-8 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft with sufficient water for coverage. When tank mixing with amine herbicides, a spray volume greater than 2 gallons per 1,000 sq ft is recommended.
Landscape Plantings: Apply 1-2 qts per 100 gallons of water for foliar spray or 2-5 oz per gallon for soil drench.
Citrus and Vegetables: Use 1-2 qts in a minimum of 50 gallons of water 6 times per season.
Greenhouse: Apply 1-2 qts per 100 gallons of water as a foliar spray; Repeat every 1-2 months.

According to the manufacturer, you want to apply the TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 every 3 to 4 weeks during the growing season as needed for your specific turf type.
The total fluid ounces of TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 to use in a 40 gallon tank sprayer will depend on how many square feet that 40 gallon sprayer covers. Water is only acting as the carrier therefore you need to know how many gallons of water it takes to evenly and thoroughly cover every 1000 sq ft and be sure you are using a sufficient volume of water. The application rate for Warm and Cool Seasont turfgrass for TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 is 2-8 fl oz in a sufficient volume of water per 1,000 sq ft.
For example: if you are treating ½ acre (21,780 sq ft) and it takes 22 gallons of water to evenly and thoroughly cover the lawn area, you will use 44 fl oz to 176 fl oz of TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 in 22 gallons of water to full treat the ½ acre.View the product label for more information and application rates for other treatment areas (landscape plantings, citrus & vegetables, greenhouses).
The water volume needed will vary with each individual persons application and coverage area. Water is only acting as the carrier to evenly and thoroughly distribute the fertilizer every 1000 sq ft. If you are not sure how much water it takes you to cover 1000 sq ft, we would recommend marking off a 50ft x 20ft area and spraying plain water using your equipment just as you will to apply the fertilizer. This will tell the amount of water you will need per 1000 sq ft for the application (1 gal, 2 gal, etc)
For example: For a Centipede lawn that is 7500 sq ft and it takes 1 gallon of water to cover 1000 sq ft, it will take you 15fl oz to 60 fl oz in 7.5 gallons of water to treat the entire 7500k sq ft lawn.
