Desire: 1. To spray around shrubs. 2. Kill poison ivy n flower bed by painting leaf with brush. 3. To kill weeds under large trees.4. To kill wild grape vines. I've just heard of your product and I am excited to use it! I've adapted a cylindrical device at the end of my sprayers, to limit coverage of spray pattern n stop drift. Will spray penetrate the ground around shrubs and harm shrubs? How long does your weed killer last? Do you have a weed killer and pre-emergent combo spray? If not, do know of one? Thank you.
Hi-Yield 2, 4D Selective Weed Killer is labeled for use on lawns, around ponds, drainage ditchbanks, pastures and rangelands. It should not be used on shrubs. It should not penetrate the ground and kill the shrubs. It should last for the entire season but if not, another application can be made after 30 days. For a pre-emergence and post-emergent combination, we would recommend using Dimension 2EW. You will use .33 - .73 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
