    I have only seen bed bugs in one room. If I get a steamer here, is this good enough to treat entire house?
    What chemicals, if any, do you recommend in addition to the steamer? I want the Steri-Fab, but do I really need the heavy duty stuff? I am by myself, have limited funds and I am looking for the easiest way to do this. I also have 2 animals and 2 fish tanks. Please help. I have ordered the chemicals in kit #3, but I would like return it.

    Using a high quality steamer such as the Vapamore is great but it should not be relied on as the sole bedbug treatment. Bedbugs hide in many places and they can lay their eggs literally anywhere and you will need to use products that leave a residual behind to be sure that even those hidden bugs will be killed. You should keep and use Bedbug Kit #3 as it contains the products you will need to eliminate these pests. Be sure all animals are out of the room being treated and that they remain out of the area until it is dry. If you do decide to use a steamer (we definitely recommend that you do), you should use the steamer first and then use the insecticides.

    How long does it take to Vapamore MR-100 Primo Steam Cleaning System to cool down?

    It may take a few hours for the Vapamore MR-100 Primo Steam Cleaning System to completely cool down.  You can release the steam but turning the machine off, keep it plugged in and release the steam through the gun.  If you have further questions VAPamore is always happy to help, they can be reached at 480-951-8900

    Is there any suction with the Vapamore MR-100 Primo Steam Cleaning System?
    Or does it only blow out steam? Thank you.

    Steamers such as the Vapamore MR-100 will only put out steam. The MR-100 does not have any type of suction power or pick up any moisture, debris, etc.

    Why are there small black flakes in my Vapamore MR-100 Primo Steam Cleaning System? How long does it run before you have to refill the unit?

    Vapamore MR-100 Primo Steam Cleaning System states that it has a steam availability of 50 mins. The black flakes showing in your water could be dirt buildup but if you are having issues with your steamer, we recommend troubleshooting with the manufacturer.
