    According to the technical listing on the manufacturer's product information sheet for the Vapamore MR-50 Portable Wet/Dry Steam Vac, the steam temperature reaches 210 degrees F.  However, the this model is intended for use in bed bug treatments.  Instead, you should purchase the MR-100 for treatment of Bed Bugs.
