I bought the bed bug steamer. This product works very well, despite it's size. However, please know that steamers only kill eggs and adults on contact; they will disperse to other areas if you use them and just lay eggs elsewhere, so be careful and do not over-use. The actual pesticide is very good, but you will get the heck bitten out of you on the 1st treatment. It makes them angry. After the second night, you won't so much. I give this product the best rating because it's rated by the BBB and backed up by efficacy studies. Probably best to do more than one treatment. The customer service people are very nice and ask questions to make sure you are applying it correctly. Don't saturate, just target.

This was a good product. I did end up buying a second larger steamer but this one was awesome for getting into cracks and crevices.
