For Cats 12 Weeks or Older: Use the tip of the foam applicator to apply product directly to your cat’s skin. Gently massage thoroughly from head to paw while avoiding contact with eyes, mouth, nose and genitals. No rinsing required. Let dry and brush. Repeat as necessary allowing 2-4 hours between applications.

And is it safe if ingested? My cat has an inclination to start licking off whatever is on her immediately...especially if it's making her fur wet.
