Vykenda Insecticide/Miticide is one of Syngenta’s newest innovations using their unique active ingredient technology, Plinazolin. This miticide and insecticide contains a one-of-a-kind active ingredient, isocycloseram, belonging to IRAC Group 30, and provides an effective solution in areas where resistance management is needed.
Vykenda Insecticide Miticide delivers fast, reliable control through both contact and ingestion helping to control even tough-to-manage pests. Designed for foliar application, Vykenda targets a variety of crop and landscape damaging insects, including armyworms, bagworms, spotted lantern flies and thrips.
Vykenda with Plinazolin can be used on a wide range of ornamental plants, trees, vegetables, and fruit & nut trees, making it a versatile choice. For best results to improve the coverage of the Vykenda insecticide spray across the plant’s surface and for more consistent control, use a non-ionic surfactant spray adjuvant.
Vykenda provides exceptional worker safety, minimal PPE requirements, and no signal word.
To provide a comprehensive solution to control common pests, Vykenda can be rotated with Mainspring GNL Insecticide.
