We put deer scram down a week ago, but it did not work very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear this. Sometimes, repellents can be hit or miss, depending on how badly the animals want what is on the other side of the barrier. Repellents, in general, have about 50/50 reviews where they work tremendously for some but not as well for others.
