Margaret from Minnesota writes

What happens to the Precor IGR if it freezes in the truck on the way?

The temperature is in the 20's.

Answer:

If Precor IGR freezes, as long it was only frozen for a very short period of time, and it goes back into a solution (the way it usually looks), it should be fine to use. If it appears that there are particles floating at the top, the product appears discolored, or the product will not go back into a solution, the product should be discarded and replaced.
