It is intended for use in/around all types of containerized standing water sites where mosquitoes breed such as livestock watering troughs, containerized water gardens, flower pots, rain barrels, roof gutters, bird baths etc. For mosquito control near ponds we suggest Ecovia EC. You can also use Altosid Pro-G larvicide granules around the edges of a pond or other natural bodies of water instead. You would apply where the water is about 18 inches deep or less.
