What is the best backpack sprayer for wasp control in horse barn & weed control?

I am looking for a quality backpack sprayer that can do pest control spray wasp nests, etc in barn that is up to 20 ft at peak, spray pests in tall trees as well as routine weed control and pest control around the house, barns and pasture. Which is best a piston v. diaphragm?
