What is the best product for the elimination of a wasp problem in which I can't see the nest but just see the wasps?

I can't see the nest; only a small hole under/on the eave of the house underneath the shingles, where they seem to be entering. I have been using Demon WP for years without any problems until a week ago. I sprayed Demon in the hole, and there have been no wasps for several days, but they are returning now.
