What is the best tank mixing solution using Cynoff EC, Mineral Oil and ExciteR?

Answer:

Cynoff EC can be mixed with mineral oil to treat for Cluster Flies ONLY. It is not recommended to mix this product with a syngergist like ExciteR therefore we cannot advise on a rate for tank mixing. 
 
If treating for Cluster Flies, the product label states: Mix 1 fl. oz. Cynoff EC to 10 fl. ozs of a light weight mineral oil (this can be found at your local home stores or pharmacy) 
 
Apply to 1,000 square feet of wall area using a fogging apparatus which delivers the material in a strong air carrier, producing a small particle size (10-50 microns). Hold the nozzle about three feet from the surface to be treated. Apply when wind velocity is less than 2 mph to avoid drift.
