While these are both pre-emergent selective herbicides, the active ingredients are different and have some differences on where they can be applied. Casoron 4G uses the active ingredient Dichlobeni and Pendulum 2G Granular Herbicide usesthe active ingredient Pendimethalin. Pendulum 2G can be used for ornamental turf as Casaron 4G can not.
