Quali - Pro Imidacloprid 2F states to use .1-.2 ounces of product per inch of drunk diameter with enough water to cover the base. Unfortunately there is no way to give you a rate to put in 100 gallons of water to cover a large amount of trees. You will need to measure each tree individually and then multiply times .1-.2 depending on how much product you would like to use per tree.
