What setting do I use for the new bottle design for Sevin Ready to Spray Insect Killer? There is only clean, rinse and off.

The new 32 oz. spray bottle is different from the old style. The nozzle settings are Off, Rinse, Clean. Which setting do I use to apply the product? Also, looking at the nozzle end, there are two holes, one with a red deflector attached, the other with nothing. Explain why 2 holes and which are used for Maximum distance. If you have pre-written instructions for the new style, please attach it. Thank you.
