HOW TO USE |
• Apply when insects or damage appear. Repeat as necessary to kill insects, following the specified spray interval listed in the specific directions below. • Apply when air is calm. • Shake bottle well before use. • Attach garden hose to spray nozzle. • Turn on water supply. • Push safety tab and turn control knob to ”Water” position. • Point sprayer nozzle toward targeted plants and turn control knob to “On”. Product will automatically mix with water. • Start spraying at the farthest corner of the treatment area and work backward to avoid contact with wet surfaces. • Spray upper and lower leaf surfaces thoroughly. • Allow spray to dry in treated areas before reentering. • Do not apply to large trees. For trees taller than 10 feet, consider hiring a licensed professional. |

NUISANCE PESTS AROUND OUTDOOR RESIDENTIAL AREAS
This product may be used as a perimeter treatment to kill listed nuisance pests. Thoroughly wet the outside perimeter of the home where pests tend to congregate. Use on lawns is prohibited. Will kill target pest that are present only at the time of application. Pest must be directly contacted for product to be affective.
NOTE: Staining may occur on certain surfaces such as stucco, brick, cinder block and wood. Therefore, applications of this product to surfaces where a noticeable residue or discoloration is objectionable should be avoided.

sprayer is junk

The product seems to work fine, but you cannot get it out of the bottle. Hook up the hose and it works great for about 4 minutes. Then it seems to stop "drawing" the product out of the bottle. I sprayed for 45 minutes and still had 1/2 a bottle left. The area where I sprayed the first 5 minutes seemed well controlled, but the rest of the yard I really did not have much product on it and I had to use concentrate and pump sprayer to cover the yard. Just a heads up be ready for the bottle not to suction out the insect killer

Sprayer doesnt work

Sprayer doesn't work on these bottles. Tried 2 different bottles, same result. Clear water was the only thing coming through. Already drove 30 min to replace the first bottle. Just going to cut this one open and put it in my hand sprayer. So much for convenience.

Pros of Sevin ready to use spray: This product kills rather then repelling insects. It is safe around poultry. Kills over 100 different insects quickly and efficiently including their eggs and larva. Comes in spray bottle, hose attachment and powder (not per-scripted for use on poultry but is not found harmful: Use at your own risk) Is easy to use, however it is advised to take the safety precautions listed below, which I have never done but probably should do: Wear a face mask to eliminate any possibilities of en-hailing the powder or spray. Use glasses to protect your eyes. Wear latex or garden gloves when applying. Overall this has worked the best for me as far as getting id of them off the coop.

I have had good luck with the product Sevin for many years. This particular product with the hose end hookup is great IF you are lucky enough to get one that works. The sprayer hose end plastic parts quality control issues have been going on for years. I do two things to overcome this. 1) If I get a good one, I keep it after empty and refill it with the refill concentrate. It takes pliers to get the plastic top part off. 2) I have filled my favorite all purpose hose end sprayer with refill concentrate. As for the product Sevin, it sure knocks back the problems but needs to be repeated throughout the season just like other products. I switch up products so pests don't become resistant to one.

Garden Tech Sevin Ready to Spray Bug Killer is pet safe if used according to the product label. According to the product label, you do not want to allow people or pets to enter the treated area until spray has completely dried. After a few hours and the product has dried, the pets can return to the treated area.

Sevin Ready to Spray Insect Killer should be applied in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours. This will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. If you experience heavy rain within 24 hours of application, you may need to reapply.
