When is the best time of the year to replace the Advance Termite Monitoring Base and inspection cartridge?

Answer:

The Advance Termite Monitoring Base should be replaced at least once every 12 months. The Advance Termite Inspection Cartridge should be replaced on an as needed basis but not any longer than 15 months since installation or the last replacement
