George from Chesterfield, Va writes

Why are some products that contain the same ingredients but different names banned and some are not to certain states?

Is this due to state ignorance and incompetence. Be careful, don't want to get you canceled

Answer:

State registrations vary for many reasons depending on the specific active ingredient, the manufacturer registering their product in that state or state restrictions based on the product label approved use sites.  In the case of 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide that uses the active ingredient Thiophanate-methyl, click HERE to view all the products that can ship to the State of Virginia.

To search active ingredients that can ship to your specific state: Click Pest Control at the top of the website > Select Active Ingredients (choose one) > Filter By: Ships To (select your state).
