BrownSpot showed up last summer in my back yard and grew to the size of a twin size bed. Finally, I identified what it was and searched the internet for help. Luckily, I found DoMyOwn and purchased Clearys 336DG Lite along with Heritage G to rotate every 14 days this summer. My lawn has grown back beautifully with only a dinner size plate remaining which is also filling in nicely. DoMyOwn responded immediately to questions I had and also provided internet links for more info. I am very happy with their service and the performance of the products I purchased.
I first used Heritage G for fungus issues in my lawn and had satisfactory results. However after 20 days another fungicide treatment was necessary, and for which I used Clearys 3336 DG Lite as an alternate fungicide. It's been almost two weeks since I applied the Clearys fungicide at 3 pounds per 1,000 sq.ft., and it appears to be working well, with some brown patches having recovered to a degree.
Is it ok to mow the yard before I apply the Clearys 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide?
You will want to not mow your yard 2 days prior to application of Clearys 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide or 2 days after application to allow it is fully absorbed into the yard and to see the full results.
What is an alternative fungicide using the same active ingredient as Clearys 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide that can be shipped to NY?
I've been battling lawn fungus diseases for over 15 years with Scotts and Bayer products. I wanted to try Clearys 3336 DG Lite but noticed it is not avail for sale to NY and CT residents. What would you recommend as an alternative. I would like something "commercial strength" Thanks!
Can I use Clearys 3336 DG Lite Granular Fungicide after using another brand on treatment one?
I used Bayer Advanced Fungicide Granules about 10 days ago. It obviously did not do the job. I know I can do a second treatment in 14 days. Now that I found your product, I was wondering if I can use that instead? I don't know exactly how many square feet of lawn I have, but I know I used 120 lbs. at a #6 setting on the spreader as bag indicated. Some spots are better and others are the same. It is a big piece of property and I want to make sure I use something that will work this time.
Per the product label, you would apply as a foliar spray at a rate of 12-16 fl oz/100 gallon Apply as buds break or at first sign of disease. Repeat at 7-14 day intervals as needed during disease period.
