Why is QuinKill Max Crabgrass and Weed Killer not available to ship to many states while Drive XLR8 is?

Why is this not available to ship to MA when the same product Drive XLR8 is? Why do i have to buy 1/2 gallon? I don't need that much.

Answer:

The manufacturer of QuinKill Max Crabgrass and Weed Killer has not registered the product for sale in all states.  They are a small company and it costs a lot of money to register everywhere whereas Drive is made by BASF which is a much larger company with the funds to do so.
