Why is this referred to as "New York" Roach Control Kit? Would it be just as effective in an attached townhome in North Carolina?

Answer:

New York has very tough restrictions on what they allow homeowners to purchase when it comes to professional grade products.  They prefer that licensed trained professionals only handle them.

Our New York Roach Control Kits contain a different insecticide concentrate that is approved for sale in NY where the other Roach Control Kits (not labeled New York) contain a product that is not approved for NY.  The New York Kits can be used in any state though.
