Wilco Snail and Slug Gel is a colorless, natural, non-toxic and odorless gel that creates an obstacle that keeps your plants safe from slugs and snails. Using a gel as it base, the product works for up to two weeks in both dry and wet weather conditions, putting it above granular based products. Just open the cap and squeeze the product out through the nozzle, making sure to make an unbroken barrier that completely surrounds the area you want to protect. The product is harmless to animals, children, and pets once applied, though you should keep it out of reach of children. Works on soil, planters, around tolerant plants, doorways, and other areas where slugs and snails are issues. For best results, use when the slugs and snails are most active, when the weather is dry, as slugs and snails leave the area if the ground is dry, and/or when the barrier need to be applied again, and do not place the product directly on the foliage that is being affected by the pest infestation.

Wilco slug gel

Product does not even deserve 1 star. Slugs crawl right over it and eat your vegetables. I am from Washington State, we got slugs. Now i have two bottles of this usless crap. At least I know now, don't make the same internet mistake.

I was looking for Deadline, which is no longer sold in my state. This Wilco Snail and Slug Gel works great! I found 28 dead snail shells the first day after treating my hostas, and it looks like their buddies have not come back. I have referred several of my friends to this product.
