According to the manufacturer, the Bird Barrier Bird Gard 110v Pro 1 (sd-bg40) is not effective in repelling vultures. Birds of prey like vultures can be rather difficult to repel or deter, but you could consider possibly using something like the the Bird Barrier Screech Owl Bird Deterrent (sd-owl1) instead.
